Our Story
Our “journey” in law begins in 2006, with civil, commercial and administrative cases. In 2008, along with the registration at the Athens Bar Association, we began our involvement in the financial sector and banking law.
Since 2009 our experience has extended to labor law as well as public procurement, public works and public limited company issues. In addition, we began to deal with tax law, environmental and spatial planning cases as well as intellectual property cases.
In 2017 we inaugurate our office on K. Loukareos Street and along with the legal advice to Sociétés Anonymes, we begin our involvement in real estate transactions and real estate law, as well as in cases of Family Law.

Collaboration with a law firm in Kolonaki. Law field: civil – family (obligations – torts and contracts in rem, enforcement, cases of the law of evidence), commercial and administrative cases as well as public procurement, issues of public limited companies.

Submission of trademarks to the GGE. Contracts with legal entities of public law. Leasing, franchising, factoring contracts, Public Works (public tenders for public works). Dealing with administrative law cases, resolving disputes in tax law, environmental law, spatial planning. Dealing with intellectual property cases.

Collaboration with a banking company. Audit of Contracts – Drafting of legal documents, legal advisor to companies, drafting of contracts, minutes of boards of directors – general meetings, support in criminal cases.
